We are looking for enthusiastic servers to provide an excellent guest experience. Servers will be well trained and must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Compensation includes salary and tips.
Applicants should be able to Interact well with customers, take orders, serve snacks and drinks, whilst assessing customer needs and preferences to make appropriate recommendations. We require servers to stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience whilst complying with all food and beverage regulations.
Successful applicants shall be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations along with good understanding of classic cocktails. Computer literacy is helpful and knowledge of a second language is a plus, but most importantly successful applicants should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills whilst being reliable, dependable, punctual and organized.

The food runner/busser role is a position that requires an individual who understands the importance of greeting the guests in an efficient and courteous manner. The individual must maintain an organized storage area and overall maintenance of the establishment. They must have complete knowledge of the menu and establishment. Sometimes they are even required to help with dish competition and garnish. This individual must have a clear line of communication between FOH and BOH to ensure details of service are being met.

Bartenders, or Mixologists should be able to mix and serve alcoholic beverages based on customer requests. Their duties include verifying the identification and age of customers, preparing and serving alcoholic beverages, accepting payment from customers, cleaning glasses and bar utensils and balancing cash receipts to record sales. Bartenders also entertain customers who sit at the bar by providing stimulating conversation and excellent customer service while filling drink orders for other customers. Their role is to ensure that customers are of legal drinking age and then prepare a requested drink to their specifications.

Your skill in baking high quality treats should be matched by your creativity to develop new amazing tastes and recipes. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in culinary arts with a passion for sweet and delicious creations. They must adhere to health and safety standards to provide clients with the best possible serving. The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction so that we can maintain and expand our clientele. The pastry chef we are looking for should be skilled in baking but also understand the sanitation principles, food preparation. They must also have knowledge in baking pastries that are gluten free and sugarless, and their attention to detail must be top notch.

We are looking for a Dishwasher to join our kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness around our restaurant. Dishwasher responsibilities include collecting used dishes, plates and utensils, loading washing machines and stacking washed items appropriately. A host is responsible for welcoming customers as they walk into the restaurant. Helping guests with reservations and guiding them to their table. They are responsible for giving guests accurate wait time estimates. All hosts must know the complete menu so they can accurately answer any initial questions. The host should be able to seat guests in a way that optimizes the restaurant layout and ensures an even workload for wait staff. The hosts much also be able to schedule reservations for small and large parties.
