  • We are looking for enthusiastic servers to provide an excellent guest experience. Servers will be well trained and must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Compensation includes salary and tips.

    Applicants should be able to Interact well with customers, take orders, serve snacks and drinks, whilst assessing customer needs and preferences to make appropriate recommendations. We require servers to stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience whilst complying with all food and beverage regulations.

    Successful applicants shall be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations along with good understanding of classic cocktails. Computer literacy is helpful and knowledge of a second language is a plus, but most importantly successful applicants should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills whilst being reliable, dependable, punctual and organized.

  • The food runner/busser role is a position that requires an individual who understands the importance of greeting the guests in an efficient and courteous manner. The individual must maintain an organized storage area and overall maintenance of the establishment. They must have complete knowledge of the menu and establishment. Sometimes they are even required to help with dish competition and garnish. This individual must have a clear line of communication between FOH and BOH to ensure details of service are being met.

Their duties include verifying the identification and age of customers, preparing and serving alcoholic beverages, accepting payment from customers, cleaning glasses and bar utensils and balancing cash receipts to record sales. Bartenders also entertain customers who sit at the bar by providing stimulating conversation and excellent customer service while filling drink orders for other customers.
